Your place.
From the beginning.

Your founding membership

The initial founding contribution is non-refundable.

If an initial founding member wishes to relinquish their place among the five, Nomads & Gypsies will offer that specific membership to a new member at the original purchase price. Once the transfer is completed, the departing member will receive 50% of their original purchase price. For example, the third membership, purchased for $75,000, would return $37,500 after transfer.

Annual dues are requested in December and must be paid in full by December 31. The first request will be in December 2027. If dues are not paid, that specific membership will be offered to a new prospective member. Once paid, dues are non-refundable.
